...and I am pooped!

What a workout! I was soaking wet by the end and don't think I have ever had so much sweat pouring out of me, from everywhere! When I got done, I didn't even have the energy to hit the "stop" button on the VCR and just let the tape run to the end (and that was with modifications!).

I was just curious as to the amount of calories that would be burned if the workout was done the way that YOU do it (just something to shoot for, you know!)

Also, your jumps in segment 10 had me amazed. It was really incredible to watch!

Thanks!
Michele

P.S. Have you ever taught in the Millville/Vineland area? A friend of mine remembers having you as an instructor way back in the late '80s and said you were amazing then, too!

Hi Michele!

Wow, good for you. That is one tough tape to master. Interval workouts still challenge me everytime. They just never seem to get easier

There really is no way of knowing the exact amount of calories a person will burn during a workout due to numerous factors(such as genetics, age, muscle mass, your weight, level of fitness and more). But you can bet that you are surely burning many, many more than in a typical cardio workout. As a matter of fact it would not be outrageous to say as much as double that of a typical workout(all factors considered).

Thanks for the kind words, and yes, I did teach in Vineland at some point back in the 80's. Keep on jumpin
