Okay, you were all right - I could not only do Imax 3, but I know I'm going to love it. Of course, stumbled through all recovery step portions (am challenged when it comes to creatively moving); but the recovery times were just right and the blasts were killers but fun and I could do them!!! Except for INTERVAL 1 - SUPPOSEDLY THE EASIEST - FOR ME it's "OH MY GOD I'll NEVER GET THIS ONE!!" I always have trouble with those damn tap steps, but at least make it to the step in Imax 2. In 3 I was tripping all over - how do you do those anyway??? They look so easy and are so hard for me. Ah well, I figure, how nice the worst is over right away and I now have a challenge for life. Though should say the the 'jumping length of your step' blast was really hard for me as well - though think that had more to do with my utter amazement at lack of choreography coordination during the recovery intervals. I just loved this one, I really want to thank all of you, if you hadn't let me know I'd probably live and that I could probably do it, I never would have tried so soon. What a rush - I couldn't have done that tape at 25, now at 49 (after 1 year and 4 months of Cathe workouts) I feel clumsy but brilliant! Can't wait to do it again!!!
