Wow....I cant wait to see how my abs feel tommarrow, because they are already on fire! LOL. I really like this workout, before, I had just done 8 minute abs, but this works you a lot more!

You will be glad........there is one part where you sit indian style, and try to levitate....there is no hope for me on that one, I cant do it, but the rest I can, but it really works you good. I cant wait till I go back to work, so I can order some DVD's, instead of the Fit TV versions.

UGH I keep hearing about that. I'm pretty strong but I don't know if my wrists will be able to handle it.

I was able to get some leverage the first try on that levitation move, but I didn't like how it felt on my wrists, so afterwards I just "attempted" it without really getting any leverage. But Cathe says that attempting the move is also working the core, so...

BTW, I love how she explains about making the "C" with your lower body on the lower body raises. That is the first time I've heard that (probably I am grunting too loudly during other workouts, lol) and it made a big diff for me.

Cheers,
Marie

Following Jai's hand position on the mat rather than Cathe's made a big difference for me. Also squeezing the abs in as hard and as deep as I can to make that "C". The harder and deeper I tuck in my abs, the higher my butt is from the floor. Of course, by the last rep, I'm fried and can barely do it.:)

My wrists can't handle it. I weighed the risk/benefit of the levitation move and for me, it's not worth the risk. There are better ways, IMO, to engage and strengthen the core without risking injury. Just my .02 ;-)
