Did Bootcamp & LIshoulders

SO far I've done Bootcamp/tri&bi's and LI/shoulders & core -
LOVED THEM BOTH!!! Bootcamp flew by! And loved the weight work. Though, I am not up to Cathe's wieght selection yet.

And LI's cardio is so much fun too! I need to work alittle on the moves - but had fun trying. And truly enjoyed the weights. Calves - wow! What a burner. The cardio wasn't too intense - but a great way to get cardio in, when you've had a big cardio day the day before. I liked the core work too. I have a bad back - and it didn't make any discomfort for me.

I'm lookin forward to doing HI Chest & Back tommorrow!
