Everybody's body has a preference for where it likes to store fat, and this preference is determined by genetics. Not much you can do about genetics, unfortunately. A lot of people, myself included, tend to store fat around the hips, thighs and buttocks. It's the first place we gain weight, and the last place we lose it. Other people tend to store around their abdomens - again, this is the first place they gain weight and the last place they lose it. Breasts are weird though, in that they don't really seem to follow the pattern. Breast fat must be much more mobile than fat stored in other parts of the body.
