that the first couple of days using Cathe's tapes you were very tired? I had planned on doing a workout six days this week but here I am on the fourth day and I feel so tired. I'm wondering if I should rest today and only do five days this week or is this normal and I need to just push myself through. So far this week I've done Mon-ME, Tuesday- RS, WEd. - rebounding class at the gym. I had planned on doing PUB tonight but now I'm not sure. Does anyone have any experience with this or any advice? Thanks so much
