Did anyone eat halloween candy?

I did, I had a few little candy bars but I had it in my mind I wanted it so I did! Just wondered if anyone else gave in also? Lori BC

Are you kidding? That is the only way to get it out of my house is if I just eat it. I am sooooo glad Halloween is over.

I am sure the mini bag of peanut M&M's was forced down my throat...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/g0/viaton.gif[/img]...Carole

You know, it is a small sacrifice, but one of the many I just HAVE to do as a mom *sigh!* You know, taking a little bite or nibble of this or that, all in the name of quality control;-)

Guilty.
But you're not getting any details outta me!!:p

Let's just say, it's a very good thing I am starting the fat burning rotation today!!!!;-)

uuugggh we went to the college for dinner and they had cotton candy and of course viola didn't want to try it so i ate it. then i had some everlasting gobstoppers and a mini musketeers bar. walked for two hours after that though. we went trick or treating at the college so it was up and down steps and hills so i must have burned off most of those calories LOL. now to get through thanksgiving.

Ha ha! :7 Carole, that's what happened to me! "Forced" LOL! My kids made me do it! But weren't they good! :9 I think the kids in our neighborhood know to come back towards the end of trick-or-treating. We just about dump the candy bowl into each of their bags.

Nope, no Halloween candy. I didn't buy any since we don't get trick-or-treaters out where we live.

However....... my eating has been less then stellar this past week or so. Tortilla chips being the main culprit. They are gone now and I am not going to buy them again. DH will just have to get his tortilla fix somewhere else. I buy the bag and he can eat a bowl of them and be done. I, however, am not happy unless I eat the whole bag after I get started. I will get my tortilla chips at the Mexican restaurant which I am limiting to once a month. Tortilla chips are apparently a bit trigger food for me so I need to avoid them.

First year I really didn't! lol My son's too old for trick or treating, and DH bought the candy this year for the kids who came by (and we only had about half the kids we normally have). He bought the stuff we DON'T like (unlike what I would do, lol) so we wouldn't be tempted!

no. Aiden is really to young for trick or treating this year. I'll take him next year. He did have fun at his playgroup halloween party though :)

Yes. I bought enough candy for 65 children and only had 14. I was disappointed. Now I've got a closet full of candy. I'm trying to think of who I can give some too.

Yes of course! I had a few little Almond Joy bars. And I had birthday cake with my DH for his B-day. The day is over and we moved on. no big deal It fits into the big picture.

I am over that stage of having guilt every time I eat something decadent. Life is to short for regrets.

I gave in to temptation. Those inside out peanut butter cups are pretty yummy!! So are the M&M's and the popcorn ball was pretty good too!! LOL!! :p
