Did anyone complete the July rotation?

My cardio endurance greatly increased. For example, I did HSTA the first time around using a 6" step and was tired by circuit 5. The second time around (week 4?), I was able to complete all 5 circuits using the 8" step. Yes, I got a bit tired, but not like I was on the lower step.

My eating did increase, though. Unfortunately, my eating wasn't very good so I gained weight. Time to do another modified Fat Flush Plan...
