I've found so many cool thiings on this forum from all the cool Cathelites: PACE Weights, info on Cathe's workouts and more...so wanted to share somthing that's working for me: HydraCoach. Its a bottle that measures daily water consumption. You input a water goal, fill it up all day and it tells you how close you are to the goal.

Sometimes I think I'm drinking more water then I am...and sometimes I've had more then I realized. The measurement part has really helped me start to make water a habit - I'm drinking 72 oz a day. If I miss, I feel the difference energy-wise and in my workouts. Water with clean diet and regularly workouts make a big diff.

Recently I was in a conversation with someone I kind of know - somehow we got on the subject of age and this person guessed that I was 6 years younger then I am! Gotta love that - that had stopped happening years ago (I'm 43). I credit the more healthy focus - and the water.

I just ordered it straight from the company - ordered 6 more recently and gave them away as presents to friends who're fitness-interested.

Thanks for sharing! I find this interesting and may have to purchase one. I liked the hydration calculator and with my daily exercise, I am near 1 gallon (or 124 ounces) of water daily. Wow, I am under my needs----better drink up!!

I buy Smart Water by the quarts and drink four quarts a day, plus herbal teas...well and some wine too on occasion!;) Have to check this link out, thank you!
 
Cool idea! Thanks for sharing. I wonder if one that SCREAMS "Hey Dummy! Take a drink" is in the works?! Maybe it could slap you like the V-8 commercials.... :)
