Do any of you have any resource information you can guide me to that would help me determine my caloric needs? I suspect I don't eat enough for my needs, yet I don't know where to look. Thanks in advance.
Gibbee, do you know about http://www.fitday.com? It's a terrific site for tracking your intake, your output from exercise and the informaiton you input for your profile lets you set goals and see how you are coming along. Check it out. It's a cool site!
