Desperate Housewives - What is up?

Why on earth was DH a repeat already? I really, really hate this about new seasons. Same thing is going on with The O.C. - it ran for four weeks and took four weeks off. Why do they do this? Its so irritating!

I am thinking it is because of the holiday weekend. Tonights shows are all repeats too. I guess they figure everyone will be out. That is the only reason I can come up with. :7

Oh wow, to be honest I forgot yesterday was sunday night and missed the show. I'm glad it was a repeat! they had Lost last Wed as a repeat too. It is very frustrating when they do that.

I think it's because of the World Series. If the White Sox hadn't won so quickly, there would have been a game yesterday.

Whenever shows get ready for November sweeps (when they set the prices they charge advertisers, based on their viewership), a lot of shows are rerun. We should be getting some good episodes now that it's November!

I hate it when shows are gone for 3-4 weeks for baseball (or any sport), like "Prison Break" and "Reunion," that have an on-going story line (I've completely forgotten what happened on "Reunion" last time!!)

Even more strange, the Saturday showing was NOT a repeat. I always thought they played last week's on Saturday for anyone who missed it. I caught a few minutes and was surprised it was new. Of course, I didn't watch but a few minutes, thinking I would watch it on Sunday.

I've been missing The O.C. also. This show was put off for a month due to the World Series. At least I know why. I was disappointed DH was a rerun last night also. It's hard to follow the storylines when this happens.
