This could be fun
I belong to one community that takes advantage of "deleted" threads by using them to talk about whatever we want--very fun stuff usually ensues.
So, I'm getting ready for the weekend, getting my hair trimmed tonight. Going to see the Pennsylvania Ballet's Nutcracker tomorrow afternoon with my parents, my daughter, my niece and 4 of their friends--10 to 18 years old!!! How much fun will that be?

Hello! How are you? Can I come, Deborah? I used to take my kids to see the Nutcracker when they were small. In fact, the first time Ali went she was so small she was still on board! I know I can't come! I hopae you have fun!

Double-dipping??? I'm so confused ... LOL!!
A thread gets deleted if you erase what you've written when you edit it, and type in "deleted" instead.

Oh, man, deleted threads drive me crazy! I'm wondering what was deleted, why it was deleted. I'm creating whole scenarios in my head, with no basis whatsoever in fact, but probably far more interesting than the real reason for the deletion. Meanwhile, the original poster is probably sitting in front of her computer thinking, "Oh, good grief people! I just realized I probably shouldn't have posted my address, phone number, picture, and the key code for my car on the Internet!"
Oh, btw, Bobbi. I tried Quorn. Very good taste, but veeeeeery dry. I don't know, maybe it had just been in the freezer too long. I live in the sticks, so I'm sure there's not a great demand here for Quorn. I was surprised to even find it. It was really good, though, mixed with my homemade, low-sugar BBQ sauce for sloppy joes.

I am glad you like it. I need to get to Wild Oats! I have been so busy I haven't had the chance to go. Which is great since all my money's going for Christmas presents! I stay pretty well stocked and I eat way more of the stuff than even my veggie daughter! Which reminds me I need to pick up some Beano too.....

I just learned that you can edit your posts even after they've been posted. How long does that option stay open? You learn something every day! How many years have I been visiting these forums! You know what Mark Twain says, "If you're talking, you ain't listening,"? I may not be literally talking but I am sure as heck carrying on enough to be missing some good stuff!
