Good morning, folks! I hope you're all having a wonderful 2010 so far!
Since September of 2009 I have really made an effort at working out and eating healthy, hiring various personal trainers and being in the gym 4-7 days per week. I don't know if my metabolism is faulty, but my weight loss has been VERY SLOW (I've only lost nearly 10 pounds since then).
Most disappointing has been the lack of change in the size of my hips and legs. This is where I carry much of my weight. Sometimes reps with heavy weight can make me bulk up.
Having exhausted my budget for personal trainers, I am trying to get refocused and motivated to come up with a program on my own that will finally be successful at decreasing the size of my legs.
So I thought I'd ask you knowledgeable folk - Any tips for making large legs smaller? what kinds of exercises should I be focusing on? Should I be working my legs daily?
A suggestion "rotation" would be very helpful! I want to get my leg size down this year once and for all!
Thank you in advance,
Jules
