decreasing body fat percentage

Cathe,
I am 28 years old, 5'2", 140lbs. and my body fat percentage is 22%. I am trying to focus on decreasing my body fat instead of watching the scales but I'm not sure which hardcore rotation would be best for me. Could you please give me your advice?

Hi BethRN and Welcome! I am far from Cathe but hope I can help you. Cathe provided a "Fat Loss" rotation using Hardcore Seies in the Rotations Forum. Here is what she provided us. Hope this helps!

ROTATION THREE: Fat Loss...(REMEMBER TO EAT CLEAN!!!!)

Weeks 1 & 2

Mon: Imax 3 PLUS 1 Coremax seg
Tues: Musclemax
Wed: Kickmax
Thurs: Low Max
Fri: 30 min run PLUS 1 Coremax seg. PLUS 1 Stretchmax seg.
Sat: Musclemax
Sun: 2 seg of Stretchmax


Weeks 3 & 4

Mon: High Step Challenge
Tues: Lowmax
Wed: HC Extreme workout of choice
Thurs: 30 inute run PLUS 1 Coremax seg PLUS 1 Stretchmax seg
Fri: Kickmax
Sat: HC Extreme workout (different from above)
Sun: Off or Stretchmax (as many segments as desired)

Edited to add that on week 4 of the Fat Loss rotation, replace Saturdays workout with Musclemax.
