Some of you may remember that months ago I'd purchased some switchplates & outlet covers online, which I returned b/c they didn't match. The guy refused to give me credit b/c he said they were damaged & it was my fault b/c I'd packed them improperly, which is so not true--they were all very carefully packed & half of the order wasn't even opened.

I filed a dispute w/the BBB w/no resolution. I filed a dispute w/my bank (I'd made the purchase w/my debit card) & got no resolution from them either.

The company is in KY & I'm trying to figure out my next step. Should I call the police there & file an incident report for theft? I just can't believe I'm getting ripped off like this! For a $105 order I ended up w/a $42 credit. It's just ridiculous! :(

Oooooh yes, have I ever. The guy is a class A jerk. I was even willing to compromise with him but he just dug in his heels & refused to help me in any way.

So, I've taken things to the next step & am filing a complaint with the KY Attorney General. At this point it's not even the money, it's the principle. This Sebastian guy is scum & should not be allowed to rip people off the way he did to me.
 
Wow! I just don't understand business owners like that! That kind of stuff just ticks me off to no end.

I have some friends in the interior design and architecture fields; I'm not sure if they would use this company for anything, but I'll get the word around as much as I can to NEVER do business with them. Hey, I know it's not much (and it really isn't helping you , :-( ), but I'd like to think that he's losing at least a little business/money somehow!!!}(

Maybe this guy is friends with Jon Benson (the supposed "self-empowerment guru" who sent me the nasty e-mail)!!! I eventually did get my refund. Guys like these will eventually get what's coming to them.

Hopefully you can cause a stir with your actions!
