Some of you may remember that months ago I'd purchased some switchplates & outlet covers online, which I returned b/c they didn't match. The guy refused to give me credit b/c he said they were damaged & it was my fault b/c I'd packed them improperly, which is so not true--they were all very carefully packed & half of the order wasn't even opened.
I filed a dispute w/the BBB w/no resolution. I filed a dispute w/my bank (I'd made the purchase w/my debit card) & got no resolution from them either.
The company is in KY & I'm trying to figure out my next step. Should I call the police there & file an incident report for theft? I just can't believe I'm getting ripped off like this! For a $105 order I ended up w/a $42 credit. It's just ridiculous!
