Decision Help!

I have been reading alot of post the past week about rotations. I just got Cathe's imax2+cardio & Weights, plus classic volume1. Anyway I already go to the gym 3 times a week to do just step aerobic which is on Tuesday, Thursay, and Sunday, also on Tuesday I do some weights, not the free weights. Anyway I want to stop going on Sunday, but still do the other 2 days. I want to lose 15lbs and tone my body by the summer. What rotation would help with the dvd that I have? I will buy another dvd if I have too, but I dont want to have to use a bar>I do have dumbbells. Please give me a detail rotation that will help me get my results? I fogot to metion I am on Weight Watcher, so I am losing weight, I just want to lose and tone......Thank for listening...Barbara:)
