OK! Wendy called me on it....I forgot all about ya's!
Not really, but sorta. I finished the Dec rotation and have been using this week for a bit of fun and new stuff. I've gotten to the Y to swim laps twice, and am planning on going this afternoon.....my goal is 3x per week. I'm NOT a swimmer, as I've said before, but I'm pretending.
So....I wonder if I Can remember what I did this week for workouts:
Sun: 6+ miles with my running group
Mon: (AM) GS Chest/Tris (PM)1/4 mile swim at Y
Tue: (AM) Athletic Step (PM) stadium stairs workout with running group (at local college football stadium...KILLER)
Wed: (AM) GS Legs (PM) 1/3 mile swim at Y
Thu: (AM) iTread 3, 40 mins, 4.3+ miles and Core Max 2 (PM) GS Back/Sh/Bis
Fri: (AM) LIC Cardio Premix (my FAVE)
(PM planned) at least 1/3 mile swim at Y
Sat: AM planned long run with running group, 7-8 miles PM planned push ups, pull ups, Leg Conditioning Drills from LBB and Kick Max
Sun: REST, BABY
I've added the rest of the week's planned workout.....every ounce of accountability is needed, ya know!
So......sorry I ditched you this week. I'll try to post here often throughout the week. I joined the Workout Warriors check in.....these are the first 2 check ins on Cathe's forums that I've done in a LONG while. So I don't mind the friendly reminder if I go MIA...THANKS, WENDY! I stayed away from posting for a little while when things go kind of crazy and mean around here, but this is my little effort at bringing some POSITIVE back to this place!
RAMBLING...sorry! Our school has a 2 hour delay this morning so it's quiet in da house. We've got a quiet Friday....DS' basketball practice was cancelled cuz they're using their gym for something tonight.
