Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, Dec 22 at 9:15am EST we will be doing "Keep The Cardio Coming" live. With all of the extra munching going on during the holiday season you can never get enough cardio. So tomorrow bring your "jolly" and let's get busy. We'll be doing lots of random cardio. Some high, some low, some loop, some ball, some weights, some mat etc. You name it and we'll make cardio out of it. Holiday hats are optional

Equipment Needed:

A set of 5, 8 & 10 pound handweights

Firewalker loop

Stability ball

Fitness mat
 
I had a great time. This is a perfect workout for a snowy day like today when I will be cooped up inside. A perfect way to get my energy levels up up and away!

P.S. Am I the only one who found the stability ball cardio to be super tough? Good heavens, how much does that thing weigh?!?! ;)
 
Holy crap!! That was outstanding! Yes, it is exactly what's needed during the holidays when you're surrounded by food and stress. Thank you Cathe. I don't know if I've EVER talked back to Cathe as much as I did during this wkout!
