Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Dec 21st 2017 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing “Ramped Up Tri-Sets” live! Get ready to burn some calories as the pace is steady in this workout. Rounds of weighted tri-sets topped off with a small cardio blast at the start of each round.


Equipment Needed:

A barbell with a small, medium and big plate on each side... (approx 45 pounds total including barbell).

Various weighted hand weights

Fitness Mat
 
This is an AWESOME workout! It's definitely going in the favorites list. I liked that you could make it an express workout by leaving out the last two rounds. :)
