Debbie is a person who always is there when you need help.She has a big heart and the way she uses the emotion faces always makes me smile especially when she uses the face jumping with shoes with wings talking about the 10 interval of IMAX 1. :) :)

Everyone already summed up my thoughts-Thank you for sharing your time, experiences, knowledge and sense of humor with everyone on these forums - they wouldn't be the same without you.

However, I have to warn you that although you may have lower body fat, a healthy heart, high endurance etc. I hope you have considered the fact that you are at great risk for Carpal Tunnel;-) Hey, does Cathe make a workout for this?;-)

Wendy~YEP, the ole fingers/wrist/hands get a workout. Maybe I need to do more of those wrist curl exercises in the S&H bicep workout to make them even stronger???

You were the first to welcome me to this wonderful place however many years ago when I first joined, and you have always been one of the reasons I've stayed. You always remember what's going on with everyone, even with so many people to keep track of, and, more importantly, you always care.
