Hey Debbie- I was reading your reply to Terri (mnglamourgirl) about her rotation & you mentioned that she should split it up so she isn't working out for more than an hour at time because muscle starts to break down after an hour.

So, my question to you... how would you suggest me going about breaking down some muscle in my thighs? It isn't fat, just muscle-when I first starting doing Cathe I used the step & high step a lot & found out that those don't work well with my body type, at least not on a regular basis. So, I have stopped using them too much but still can't get my thighs slimmed down like I'd like to...any suggestions would be great.

The workouts I currently have/use are:
Slim Series by Beach Body

Power 90 Master Series - Sweat 5-6, Cardio Intervals, Core Cardio, UML, & PLYO Legs

Power Half Hour- Bun Shaper & Thigh Trimmer


Tamilee Webb's - Cardio Blast

Cindy Whitmarsh Ultimate Fat Burner

Powerstrike 1 & 2

Cathe - B&G, Drill Max, BM2, LIC, Cardio Fusion, Kick Max, KPC & L&G, Boot Camp+Muscle Endurance, Cardio Kicks & Circuit Max, Cross Train Express, HSC, HST, HSC, and I have the following on the way: LIC, BM2, Gym Style Legs, and Interval Max

Again, I don't use HSC or HST very often

Any suggestions you have would be appreciated, if you have time, i know you help tons of people so I understand if you don't have time!
 
I would say to just not work legs so much and go really light with the weights. Eventually they will thin down again. I'm having this problem right now so I'm only working my legs once a week at an hour and doing high rep, low weight workouts such as Super Sets, Push Pull, Legs & Glutes, Drill Max and Muscle Max.

Thanks, that does help. I have been doing more workouts like Firm It Up & Shape It Up from Debbie's slim series, drill max, legs & glutes- just the 2nd half of it though, not the part with the high step, then lots of kickboxing like KPC & Powerstrike 1&2, & Kick Max.

I have been doing B&G like every other week too-I typically do the Leg Blast Premix then add on the glute floor work... you don't think B&G will bulk me, do you?
