Hi Debbie,

I just finished " Muscle Building & Defining Rotation", I am very happy with my results! I loved every minute of the rotation! Yesterday I noticed my inner thighs still has a layer of fat? I was so shocked!I don't get it? What can I do to get rid of it? I work my legs really hard! My entire leg is nicely shaped except my inner tights! This week I am taking a recovery week,doing yoga/abs should be fine?

My problem area is my legs too, especially right under my butt cheeks. Very frustrating.

When I get my body fat under 15% that is when the cottage cheese goes away. It's very hard getting there but with tightening up my diet, it's attainable.

Take a look at your diet and see if you should make changes to it.

Yes, a recovery week is a good idea after that rotation.
