Hey Debbie,

I will make this quick;-)

ok,after our conversation about calories and macronutrients (1950,30/30/40)last week,i started eating 1950 in calories monday which is going well but im having some problems with the macro part! I can't find the time to go to fit day to enter what i eat,is there a easier way? How do you keep up with it all?
 
It's just something you have to make time for or you won't see progress. I have an excel spreadsheet I use. If you give me your email address I'll send you a copy of it. That way you can do it on your PC without having to get online. It's quite convenient.
