Hi Debbie,

Would you be willing to write down step by step how I should be doing this. I know its alot to ask but I would really appreciated.
Like I have said before I like to workout bicep, triceps, and shoulders in the same day. I just need to look at how to do it step by step. I know I'm an idiot! Thanks Debbie!
