This is what I do:

Biceps:

1 set barbell curls. Rest 1-1:30 min. Another set of barbell curls, rest 1-1:30 min. Another set of barbell curls, rest 1-1:30 min.

Rest about 2-3 minutes.

1 set hammer curls. Rest 1-1:30 min. Another set of hammer curls, rest 1-1:30 min. Another set of hammer curls, rest 1-1:30 min.

Rest about 2-3 minutes.

1 set concentration curls. Rest 1-1:30 min. Another set of concentration curls, rest 1-1:30 min. Another set of concentration curls, rest 1-1:30 min.

Then do the next muscle group the same way.

After doing this, I would be completing my 3 sets, correct? I would't have to work on the muscle group anymore for the day, correct? Thanks you sooooooooooooooo much for patience!

Hi Debbie,
Here is the receipe for the home made protein bars, you will need
11/2 cup dry oatmeal
2 scoops chocolate whey protein (my favorite is vanilla)
2 tsp flaxseeds
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup water more or less depending on protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
spray a 8*8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray set the dish.
In a large dish combine the oatmeal, whey protein flaxseed and nonfat dry milk.
In a separate bowl whisk together the peanut butter and water and vanilla mix with the dry ingredients and stir to form a sticky dough, stir in the raisins.
spread the mixture evenly into the pan . Freeze for 1 hour until mixture is firm enough to cut . Cut into 9 squares . Wrap individually and store in your refrigerator.
I think you are going to like this bars I do this for my self and my husband. I will give the other receipe later.Bye Eunice :9
