Hello Debbie,

I need your advice once again! I own a few of Cathy's DVS, Boot Camp, Dril Max, and Kick Punch and Crunch. Would I be ok doing Boot Camp and Drill Max on my cardio days even though they incorporate weights? If not could you recomend some DVD'S with good cardio workouts that also include abs. I think all these workouts have premixes with just cardio in them. Do not use weights on your cardio days. Even though they are high reps and bring your HR up, your muscles need to rest. That is important to build muscle.

I know all the above workouts have premixes with just cardio in them. KP&C is a cardio workout, there are no weights in that workout so you'll be fine doing that one. I know Drill Max has a cardio only premix and I believe Bootcamp does too but it's not all that long.
