First off, I want to say THANKS for you Fall/Winter 2007 Leg Blast Rotation!! I am just finishing up, and I have seen great results. I will take measurements and such tomorrow and let you know.

I am lost as to what to do next. Exactly four months from today, I am getting married, and I want to look buff and cut in my strapless wedding dress! I guess I am looking to really build some strength in my upper body.

I have 17 weeks -- what should I do? I have Gym Styles, 4DS, and Muscle Max. I think I am going to order Slow & Heavy and the Pyramids. I was thinking that I might do three weeks heavy, then one week endurance, three weeks heavy, and so on. But I don't really know...?

I was just reading on another thread that you like to do 8 weeks heavy, then take a week off, then back to heavy. Maybe that is what I should do (8+1+8=17)...??

I really like heavy lifting, and I also like to do 3 45-50 minute cardio sessions per week.

What would you recommend for me to really see some serious definition in my upper body. Thanks in advance!!
 
Hi Katie. Tomorrow I will finish my first week of this rotation. I never thought about taking measurements and it is a good idea, what areas did you measure? Even though I have started it could I still take measurements? May I also ask how heavy you lifted from the beginning to end of rotation? I am pretty wimpy I think I have not lifted more than 10 lbs and I am not sure if I should be. I just wrote to fitnessfreak and asked a couple questions.
I am not able to finish reps/sets with those weights I pretty much am fatigued and shaking and squinting my eyes I am not sure how to push through sometimes.
