First of all thank you for the wonderful rotations you post. I really love them and they seem to work - pretty well. I am 56 (57 in March), 5'8" and 150 lbs. I gain weight and muscle easily (especially the weight-ha!) Anyway, could you please tell what my calorie intake should be per day? I work out 6-7 days a week with wts and cardio. I try to sneak a little cardio in after the wt. training, about 30-40 min. I am pretty sedentary for most of the day, as our business is not going well (alas!). I am not the cleanest eater-although I do try to watch what goes into my mouth. I never eat junk, or go to fast food places. I do, however, have a penchant for wine!;)
