I must share with all of you the fun routines I've been doing, the ones choreographed by Deb H and her bud Rosanne! I'm going to be teaching classes using her programs and have been practicing to start in about 2-1/2 weeks.

Don't y'all believe the bull Deb tries to hand us about being choreographically challenged....she VERY good with designing routines! I'm having a good time even doing the ones I won't be teaching. I'm concentrating on the low impact simple ones for now, but do some of the others just for a workout!

Hey honeybunch! I'd love to hear about your routines!I admire your dedication ,insight and advice with this forum!I too love to make homemade choreographered (sp?)routines! The videos out today are good but not as challenging as Cathes!I always have to kick up the intensity, so if it's a noncathe day-it turns out to be a Francigirl mix of madness! It would be nice if everyone could chime in and give us a piece of their style and routine rundown! What do you think?I'm still a video junkie but I love incorporating new moves!I have a circiut that I love to to on my total body days that I already posted for upperbody, also have a 30 min spinning session I do!And my Cardio guerilla that I do on my treadmill(just a few ideas here)It be nice to have all these rotations on one thread so we can print them out! So honeybunch if you don't mind<I'd love to see you start this off~ we all look forward to your posts~you can keep us home exercisers hip to the club scene!Have a great weekend!Your friend in fitness~Francine

I have no idea who Deb H is, but I notice that these posts just came in. I can't believe any one else is up checking the forums at this early hour! I am drinking my coffee trying to decide which Cathe video to do shortly. Thinking Body Max after reading the comments about it in the video forum. Jeanne

Deb H frequents the Cathe forums on a regular basis. She has her own Aerobics company locally.

Thanks, HB!

Thank you sooo much for the kind words. We are so happy to have you come on board! I'm excited to hear that you like the routines. I truly AM choreo-challenged and have to work hard at what I do, but the satisfaction I get from doing classes and meeting great people (like you!:7) make it all worthwhile. You, on the other hand AMAZE ME! Congrats again on getting your CERT and for taking the initiative to jump in feet first on teaching classes soooo quickly. Good Luck with the routines and I'll see you Wednesday!:)

PS...everyone wish Deb's grandbaby a happy first birthday! Hard to believe, isn't it!
