Cathlete
Cathe,
It's taken me 6 years to write this to you......you see in April of 2000 I lost my beloved husband (36 yrs.old) to cancer after a 14 month battle. He and I were both fitness junkies, and we did everything together. When our 2 children were born, he involved himself with the city sports programs to pass along his love of football, hockey and baseball. During his long illness, he would encourage me to continue my morning workouts (knowing how important they were to me) even though it would mean he would have to wait for me. I could see in his eyes his pride in me, and the longing of not being to move so powerfully (he was 6', 215 of solid muscle before the cancer), but he knew that the consistency of the workouts were the only thing holding my sanity together in the otherwise crazy world of chemo, radiation, MRI's, shots etc.
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you....you don't know me in the sea of people who are your fans, but if weren't for you and your tapes I would have been lost. Thank you
