Good Morning Ladies!

I HAD planned to do either Cardio Fusion or RS, yoga class and then run this morning and I didn't feel like doing any of it!! So I didn't! This rarely happens to me. I had another migraine yesterday and took my medicine and I'm thinking that that made me lethargic this morning. I just feel a little dizzy and weak. So...this will either be an unplanned rest day or I will exercise after Bible Study.

It is not possible for me to eat between B & L, but I always eat beteween L & D and not after D. I have done well this week and have written it all down in WW food journal.

Hi Gin and all who follow:

I did Yoga X this morning. I'm still having fun with this workout. I finally held Royal Dancer pose this morning (holding onto toes in back attitude).

Gin - Take a rest day. Sounds like you need it. Eating 4x a day is better than 3x. Maybe you can eat 5x a day on the weekends. It's good that you started writing things down. I know when I write things down, I hate to write down any junk food. Did you see DWTS last night? I know Shandi wasn't great but I think Leeza or Clyde should have gone home before her. Did you know they came out with a DWTS workout? It has the paso doble, chacha and samba on there along with a freestyle challenge. Maks (who's with Laila), Ashley (from last year) and Kym Johnson (who's with Joey Fatone) are on the DVD. There were a couple of reviews over at VF and it sounds like they like it.

Hi ladies.

I'm playing catch up today so this will have to be fast. I took a sick day yesterday and am trying to unbury myself from all the work I need to get done today. I was planning on working out this morning but just couldn't drag myself out of bed.

Marcy - good job on the yoga pose. That sounds hard.

Gin - Good job on keeping track of your food. I'm not that brave.

I just realized I didn't type the date on our heading!!
I feel alot better and am thinking about running in a bit after my lunch settles (yummy salad with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, carrots and chicken :7 ). I want to make sure that I can run the distance before I sign up for the Komen 5K (it's this Sat.)

Marcy--Royal Dancer Pose,huh? Such a beautiful name. I'll bet you looked very graceful doing it. Yes, Clyde or Leeza should have gone on DWTS, but I think sometimes it is a popularity contest, like Am. Idol. You will have to buy the workout and let us know what you think. Don't you need another workout to add to your collection??;)

Tracee--I just figured that the only way I'll see results on our next rotation is to food journal. Hate to workout so hard and still have 7 lbs. to lose!!

Hi again,

Gin - Sounds like you had a nice, healthy lunch. I think I looked pretty graceful. I'm still having trouble with Crane, though (balancing knees on elbows). I also found a set of workouts called Dancing With the Pros (with Edyta and Alec). This one looks even better than the first one. It's a series of 7 workouts. Has the Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba and Jive. I read that the Jive is the best on the first DVD I mentioned. If you go to abc.com, you can see clips of the Dancing With the Stars video. The other workouts you can see at dancingwiththepros.com. You know I will be buying both of these workouts (like I need any more!). I am expecting my new Tracey Staehle's to come in. Hopefully, they'll come in on Saturday (my birthday) along with Baron's Next Challenge which was mailed out yesterday. Every time I think I'm going to take a break in buying, something really good comes along. As much as I love Cathe, I can actually wait for her to come out with her new series. I have too many other workouts to get through first.

Tracee - Try not to work too hard.

Well, I just had to post again to say that I was able to run 3 miles slowly, but injury-free:) and then did RS. I didn't realize that I had only done the FitTV version since I bought the real workout in Jan. Sweat was flying all over the place.:p Now I am having a snack of plain yogurt mixed with protein powder. It tastes better than it sounds!!:9

Marcy--Do you have any special plans for your birthday?:)
