Good Morning Ladies!
Today was CK, which is a fun one, but I am not feeling 100 %,so I am glad I am through. I am taking Coldeze, Airborne and taking some cough drops to school with me.:-(
Deanie--Let me know if you do the treadmill workout. I wonder how many miles it is? 5? I printed Cathe's Feb.'07 Rotation. I think it is good to always have a plan as to what you will do next! When I ran a lot that was my thinking.
Marcy--Is today your lower body day? Let us know what your workout is like.
Tracee--Looking forward to you posting with us again!!
Do you guys have friends that exercise? If so, what do they do? My few friends that workout, walk, run or do yoga. I don't know many that lift weights and don't know any that do dvd workouts at home.
