Good Morning!

Today was Chest Back and Core Max1. I increased my pushups to 5 on my toes, 5 negative one way and then 5 negative the other way on each set, except the last set of Diamonds. I started to wimp out! Those are the toughest for me! So I did a total of 170.
Dbl row 17#, 20#
1 arm row 25#, 25#
BB pulover 24#, 20#
Back Fly 8#, 10#

Yesterday I started following the Eat Clean Diet. My protein and water intake has greatly increased. This morning I had a 5 egg white omelet with veggies. She tells you how to make it in a ziploc bag and place in boiling water for 13 min. Turned out well.

***You ladies have pushed me so and I want to thank you!!!!:7 }( :7 Not sure I could push myself this hard on my own.

Gin- just had a chance to look at the boards- WOW! you go girl}( :7 :7 Way to go with the pushups and weight work!! I definately think you will see results with increasing your protein! (and of course your workouts:) )

Today was a rest day for me and I really needed it. I love Spring but it doesn't love me. My allergies are really bad this year and I'm already taking medication for them. Tomorrow is pushup day for me :) I am enjoying this rotation. For some reason I don't mind all the pushups on day 1.


I'm very happy for you and your workout!!! Isn't it a great feeling when you increase?!!
