Good Morning Ladies!

Today I started the 2nd week with chest and Back and then Core Max 2. I'm not sure that all of those pushups were any easier this time, but I'm sure hoping they will be at some point! I used to do Core Max every week and I haven't done it lately. My stability on the ball was a little wobbly.

Deanie--Thank you for posting the treadmill workout. I have never run on an incline. That sounds scary and challenging! I may try it this week. What is "tough abs"? Is there anything in particular I could sub for that?

Today is a rest day and I am taking it.

Gin- Tough abs is a premix on the core max dvd. It combines a little from each section of the workout and it is tough:) Did you increase the number of pushups you did today? I did 16 for most last week, and that tends to be the limit for me, then I start getting bored. (I did so many pushups in Bryan Kest yoga and David Swensons first practice for so many years, most are easy for me). Actually DS does a vinyasa (which includes: up dog, push up into down dog and then jump to sitting) after every pose- he does the pose on the left, a vinyasa, then the same pose on the right, and a vinyasa, then on to the next pose and the same sequence with poses and vinyasas all thru the 90 min. practice.- A lot of pushups!! Running on an incline WAS scary at first, its a weird sensation. But I did get used to it.
