Good Afternoon Ladies!
I started our X Rotation today and am sure I am going to have DOMS tomorrow. There sure were a lot of pushups and I have to do negative pushups...but still there were 120 in all. ( I did 10 each set.)After adding GS BSB warm up up and stretch and then Core Max 1 it was exactly a 60 min. workout for me.
