Good Morning Girls
I feel much better today- (thanks for the well wishes) I took medicine all day yesterday and this morning. I was able to do DM, although I sweated buckets! I have to say, although it is still challenging, I think thanks to the strentgh training, it wasn't as hard as it could have been! Doing 10# weights for bicep curls is easier when you've been doing 15#!!
I have BC on monday, and then the GS the rest of the week. I've never done a circuit in the same week as GS. I usually do the same weights as CAthe on BC, wondering if maybe I should go lighter since I'm going to be lifting heavy also this week. Any suggestions?
I'm leaning towards going light.
