Deanies Rotation Check In Saturday 4/21

Good Morning :)

Today we have base ball at 8:30 a.m., so we are on our regular schedule from the week. I did CK this morning. I really love this workout! I felt it everywhere, my arms, back, abs, legs, shoulders! You really don't need to do abs with this workout. And I love when CAthe gets the guys to come to the front because then I know the workout is almost over! I really like how we do the arm and leg drills seperately instead of combos, I feel really worked!

It is supposed to be warm today, so I shaved my legs (whoo hoo!) and put on shorts! I hope its warm at the ball field :)

Gin- how was your BBQ? I'm sure you ate well! Have you been extra starved lately? I have. Especially the last 2 days.

Tracee- Enjoy your first weekend in a long time to relax! What did you do today for working out?

Marcy- Hope you had a good workout today.

Good Morning!

Today is my "rest" day but I did Kristin McGee's Power yoga. It was a good basic 47 min. yoga dvd with most of the usual poses---after several chattarungas (sp.?) she does tree, pigeon, half moon, crow and probably some others that I can't remember. She is pleasant and easy to follow.

My hamstrings are still sore from Thursday's L&Gs!! and upper body a little sore from yesterday's KPC. Glad today was nothing strenuous!

Deanie-- CK is a fun one. I bought that from your recommendation. Enjoy the baseball and warm weather! Last night's BBQ was followed by a college baseball game which was fun. We live across the street from (well close anyway) the college baseball field so we just walk. My DH thought there would be healthy options at the BBQ. I knew better. Didn't eat. Wasn't hungry anyway. I bought the book, The Eat-Clean Diet and really like it so far. Good book!!

Marcy and Tracee--Hope you have a great day and great workout! How is the weather where you guys are?
