Good Morning!
Today was GS legs for me. I ended up doing the 48 min. timesaver premix and I really liked it. It was just right! My DH wanted to use the elliptical before work, and we slept in this morning, so I ran out of time. I would do this workout again, it only cut out one set of squats, the second set of deadlifts the slow count lunges, and calf work.
Tomorrow is my last day of the rotation. It calls for a 30 min. interval run, which I won't be doing. I am going to do CTX step and intervals warm up and intervals then do the power circuits without the leg weight work. I thought of it myself, I'm looking forward to it
