Deanies Rotation Check In 3/25

Good Morning everyone!

I thought I'd post while my steel oats were cooking. I did a really fun 30 min. workout today. CTX: warm up and intervals from step and intervals, and power circuits (omitting the weights) and stretch from power circuits. the intervals were fun and different, and the workout was only 1/2 an hour.

I am going to do PS this week when you all do GS and I'll do the same cardio, well... I am switching CK with drill max scrambled eggs (I love that workout and won't be doing it for a while). I am going to take my rest day on Sat. though, so when my parents and brothers family is here this weekend, I'm not working out!

I will post the faux P90X rotation tomorrow, so everyone has 2 weeks to get set and familiar with it.

Good Morning!
Today was GS C&T and then 2 mile run/walk. Wanted to run yesterday, but ran out of time. I used my new 15# weights for some of the chest exercises, but still have to do the vast majority of the pushups as negative pushups!!x( That will definitely be my biggest challenge with the X rotation.

Deanie--Glad you had a fun workout! Sounds as if you will have a house full next weekend. We will be gone next weekend to DS's college Parent's Weekend, but the place where we stay has a great gym!

I am trying a new cereal today...Bob's 7 grain hot cereal. I know it is nutritious. I'll let you know how it tastes.
