Good Morning Girls
Today was Imax and abs #3 on ab hits. A great workout. I really enjoy Imax, it always goes quickly and I work hard. My favorite Imax's in order are 3,1, and then 2.
Today is DS's 11th birthday!!!! His party is next week, but today his best friend (who can't come to the party) is coming for the day and a sleep over! And the sun is finally shining- so we'll probably spend most of the day at the pool!
Cheryl~ A little about me: I'm 42 years old, married for 13 years this Nov. and I have 2 sons;11, and 7. Their new joke now is they are "7-11" like the store. ha ha!
Marcy~ Is this the last day for the X for you. I am looking forward to seeing pictures!!

Are we writing what we eat?
snack: cashews(I have been having a handful-non salted/non roasted- before I workout lately)
breakfast: 1 c. steel cut oats/banana/tea
lunch: egg white cheese omlete/toast
snack: 1 c. strawberries/blueberries w/1/2 container of Dannon vanilla yogert
dinner: DS has requested rice and beans! green beans, challah
I don't usually have all the meals planned out, just with the bday celebratiion its easy!
