Good Morning :)

Today was SJP with out the step. It was just what I needed, not to hard, not to easy. I am already into the "recovery week" mindset!

Not much going on today, going to check out a DJ for the Bar Mitzvah tonight.

Hi Deanie! I also followed your plan and did SJP without the step today. I liked it and realized that it had been forever since I had done this one. I always grab for Step Blast and forget about SJP.

Have a good day and good luck with the DJ. We're spending time at another baseball tournament. Just when I thought we were done for the season. Ha!

Hi ladies!

I'm still down at my house, but I'm at my sister's right now, so I can post :)

I didn't workout yesterday, as I said I would, so I did chest and Tri's with core max 1, today.

I have a question...in a lot of the dvds, my elbows and knees seem to hurt when I do exercises around them (squats / lunges / tris). I watch myself in a mirror to make sure I'm in correct formation, and I am as far as I can tell. Do you know what I might be doing wrong?

Also, where are the 'horse shoe legs' of your tris?
