Good Morning Girls :)

Today I had a really hard time waking up. I finally got up and moving and really didn't want to workout, but I figured I only did one day of cardio and the treadmill is only 20 min, so I hopped on. Then my ipod only had 4 songs on it!!!! I don't know what happened. Something when I loaded on a new song the other day. Any way, I got a good workout, but maybe I should have just stayed in bed and slept in:)

This is our last week of freedom before school starts!!:eek: My DS going to middle school has orientation (a 1/2 day) this thurs. so the 6th graders can get comfortable with where their classes are. It will be a trial run for us. I have to get up at 5a.m. and workout at 5:30 the latest and be done at 6:30 to get him up for school. I'm worried I won't be able to get up so early, after waking up at 7am all summer!!!:) And you know how anal I am about my workouts!!

I will be doing GS BSB using the mix and match tomorrow. I am looking forward to it. I printed out Tesses log for weights cathe uses. What a great help! She has spaces so we can chart what we use, next to what Cathe uses.

Boy I am chatty today! LOL :)

Forgot to mention~ The kids made $68.00!!! They were out there all day, from 12ish to 6p.m.!!!And not only did they make $$$ they had alot of [font color=red]fun!!![/font/]

Good Morning Ladies!

I just finished doing LowMax with an 8"step and HRM said I burned 550 calories! Whew!:p I am toast!:p I may do a BB yoga dvd later today.

Deanie--Are you doing TM instead of Cathe cardio? Sorry about the ipod trouble. Can you get your songs back?
This is my last week before back to work. I know what you mean about changing gears from summer wake-up at 7 to school year wake-up at 5. I HAVE been getting up at 5 on M and F to run with my working friends,though. The secret for me is to go to bed by 9:30 or 10 and no later.
I'll have to look for Tess' log for weights that Cathe uses. Would love to have that.

Hey Gin~ Good for you doing Low Max on 8". Is this the first time? I am going to do the TM instead of CAthe cardio for the 2nd day of cardio each week, except week #3. Next week instead of KM, I am going to do the TM HIIT and the drills from KM, just for fun!:) OH, and instead of Imax 2, which you know is not my favorite, I am doing the Gauntlet:cardio only. That is Imax 2 intervals and blasts and BC cardio. A mish mosh from A-Jock that is always fun.

once in the thread, scroll to Tess' reply #26 where she broke down the info for the comdendum(I already have, you should print it out if you donn't, its really helpful)and for the weights worksheet. I printed them all out, even though we are only doing GS series now.:)
