It's 12:04am, so I am, technically, on Saturday; however, I haven't worked out yet (that is where the cheating comes in).

Today was HSTA. However, I woke up at 8 a.m., very late for me, and was STARVED!!! couldn't get downstairs for breakfast fast enough! I also have DOMs in my biceps and shoulders. I guess I did get a great workout yesterday. Anyway, I am going to take today as a rest day. I don't see myself getting to workout anytime during the day,( with the kids home) I may do HSTA tomorrow, and then just tweek next week accordingly. Or not! we'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Another sunny day, I'm hoping to get to the pool this afternoon. We rented "the princess bride" tonight to watch with the kids. My DH and I are looking forward to it (funny movie), the boys, not so sure since it has "princess" in the title. But I'm sure they will like it. We try to do Sat. nights as family movie nights. (sometimes in the summer it gets passed on)

Hi Everyone!

I am so glad to be back. I missed chatting with you girls!
I will have to go back and read what all I have missed since Wed.
I tried to workout as much as I could while in Houston. Thurs.--ran 3 miles and did SS upper body blast (all I had where my mom's 2# and my dad's 15# weights!), Fri.--CK and BB The Initial Challenge yoga. Sat.--will have to be a rest day becuse I just got home, planned to do HSTA, but at 7 pm I am way too tired! I may do HSTA cardio and lower body tomorrow so that I can do MIS upper body Mon.
My DS, who has been living in Florida for the last 9 weeks is driving home today. Can't wait to have both of my boys here!
