Good Morning Girls :)

Today was GS legs/PLB legs floor work, coremax 2. I will do stretch max 2 tomorrow, I ran out of time this morning. Tomorrow is treadmill and stretch max for me then.

The kids are doing a lemonade stand today, we are contributing lemonade, and pez candy, and we made snickerdoodles this morning. Both boys and 2 neighborhood friends are doing the stand. It will start at noon on our corner. We are on the corner of the main street of our developement, so we should do well. Last year they made about $50.00!

Ooooops! I also started the thread.
How do like doing 2 leg workouts in a week? I am not used to it, but it could be good for me.
Good luck with the boys' lemonade stand. Take pictures for those memories. My 20 year old loves snickerdoodles. Yum!:9

Gin~ Sorry, I don't think the thread was up when I startedx( I like doing the legs twice a week, since its only 1/2 an hour each time. Sometimes 1 hour seems sooooo long for the legs. I actually found todays workout really enjoyable, yet of course, still hard:) What are you doing tomorrow? I am doing HIIT on the treadmill, or 45 min. of the fat burner program. Not sure what I will feel like yet. The lemonade stand is going strong. Now there are 6 boys out there! People are funny, the lemonade is .50 cents, but they just give the boys a dollar and say keep the change! ha
Have a great day with your DS and his DF! Did they set a date? or are just enjoying being engaged?

Hi Girls!

I actually got my workout in last night. I was hearing a lot over at VF about Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout leg floorwork and finally decided to give it a try. This is killer floorwork - with or without weights. It's only a half hour and I actually had to take off my weights by the end of it. I also did Core Max 1. I did all the levitation holds but now I'm totally convinced I can only do them in lotus position. I also did Stretch Max 2 which felt great.

Deanie - Good luck with kids and their lemonade stand. You're teaching them to be good entrepreneurs. It's nice people are being so generous.

Gin - Two leg workouts in one week isn't so bad since they're split up.

Tracee/Cheryl - Hope you're having a nice weekend and are able to get some workouts in.

Hi Again!

Deanie--I plan on doing Low Max tomorrow. I actually have more room for cardio upstairs in the bedroom using the computer and DH is out of town, so that is what I will do. Great going with the lemonade stand! When do you boys go back to school? School here starts (and my 1st day of school work week)on the 27th (my b-day):p DS and his DF have set the date as April 12 and have gone to look at invitations now. They were showing me a wedding planner they bought. So much to do!

Marcy--I think I am going to order Tracey's Step Sweatfest. Most people have recommended that one. I'm sure it will be a challenge for me!

Gin - I think Step Sweatfest is the best choice. HISM has no breakdown at all. I was able to do about 90% of Step Sweatfest the first time out. It was a lot of fun. Sorry you have to start back to work on your birthday. Have fun with the wedding planning. April is a great month for a wedding. Have they picked out a place where they want to have it?

Gin~ April is a wonderful month to get married! (My birthday month;) ) Its also right around the corner! Exciting! My boys go back 8/27 (your birthday :) ) and I go back 8/28 to set up my room!

After 2 hours the boys made $30.00, not bad. Its now been 4 1/2hours, I should count the $$$ again, and see how they did :) They are trying to earn money for baseball card sets! Its a georgeous day and they (and I) have been outside all afternoon. Its been wonderful!!
