Cathe, I LOOOVE your new IS tapes!!
My question is this...in the Pure Strength series you and the girls do deadlifts but don't straighten to a full standing position in order to keep the tension. However, in other tapes (CTX Legs) you do come to a full standing position. Just wondering which is better?
