Deadlift with Barbell and weighted vest - Your thoughts on safety?

Hi Cathe,

I did deadlift lifting a loaded barbell and a weighted vest for STS meso 3.

Because I mainly workout at home without having anyone spotting me, I opted for the use of both
weighted vest and barbell. This is the only way I can safely IMO lift more than 40kg/about 80 pound
at home. I did feel fine while performing the lift. I did not feel being thrown out of balance at all.
I was in control. This did challenge my upper body, lats and upper body muscles . Yes I enjoyed it:):):)
I did not feel any pain in my lower back at all and paid attention to form.

Cathe is this okay to do at home or not.
Is this safe or not?
