The Shock Cardio demos that Cathe gave were great. We got to a see a little preview of actual video too and the step videos look like a lot of fun.

As for the auditions, I didn't try out myself, but the ones that I talked to that did all said it went well. I think about 30 people tried out.

I wonder if they got any goodies? You know like the RT bag we always get that usually has "stuff" in it.

Thanks, Jean. It's nice to hear about how things went -- we're always hungry for RT details. It appears that most who went aren't usual posters on the board, so details have been scarce.

Hi all,
I went to the Daytona road trip and it was awesome. We got a little goodie bag with Cathe bands, pen, pad and a Cathlete Daytona t-shirt but we did not get a cathe road trip tote bag which I was a little dissapointed about. I did try out for the audition and it was very laid back and fun. There was a seperate room for us and they auditioned us one at a time. While music played in the background they told us what moves to do for the camera. I did my step combo, a few kickboxing moves, push ups, squats, lunges and a few cardio moves. I'm crossing my fingers until January.
