I hope I don't get negative comments for this question, I don't remember seeing it posted. I noticed in the faq it talked about a day off inbetween workouts. For instance chest and back on Day one and then atleast a day off- then biceps and triceps on Day two and then a day off inbetween. Here's the question what if you did on Mon-chest and back and then on Tuesday biceps and tricep because your working a different bodypart wouldn't that be okay? That's still technically 24 hours since working with weights. Thanks for any help with this.
