I got this DVD a long time ago, and loved it so much that I did it almost every day for about 2 months...
The benefits I get from yoga like this are mostly stretching related - it helps keep my legs from getting sore from running. It also stretches out the shoulders and back very nicely. I've also read that it is great for your knees and ankles, because any type of balancing poses help work the tendons around your knee caps and in your ankles. (Just look down when you are standing on one leg, and you will see your ankle working to keep you from falling over.)
