I was feeling pretty good about my fitness gains, but this morning I did Muscle Endurance for the first time and I could NOT hang in there. I'm not sure if I am tired from the last few days or if I'm just not in shape for strength work. I can do Imax 2, Cardio and Weights, Boot Camp and all the Timesavers and complete the workout, but I flopped on this one. I haven't heard anyone else refer to this workout as a tough one. Is it tough or am I a wimp? I've never done an "all strength" workout before- well..not in the last 15 years, anyway. I guess I have a lot of room for improvement.
